Questions for Study and Reflection
1. Can you think of an example of the failure of a small object that resulted in a larger catastrophe? Do you know of someone’s personal failure that led to a larger collapse of a family or organization? What lesson can be learned from these?
2. Read 1 Cor. 15. Why does it appear that the Apostle Paul wrote this section of the letter? What is being said by some (vs. 12)? How does this contradict what the Apostle has preached and taught (vss. 1-7)?
3. Do you agree with points A&B above? Why or why not?
4. What does the Apostle say are the consequences of not believing in a bodily resurrection (vss. 13-19)?
5. Do you agree with point II above? Why or why not?
6. Is the Lord laying upon your heart a burden for a lost relative or neighbor? Have you told them about the love of God and salvation made available through Jesus Christ? Pray for them this week, and then take the time to meet with them to begin a conversation.
