Pastor Patrick | Reformation Sunday, October 29th, 2017

As we are sent from harvest prayer into the harvest itself, this week we are encouraged in how to go.
Sermon in a Sentence: As workers in the harvest, we bring Peace; seeking the one upon whom it will fall; graciously living amongst others; bringing healing and announcing the Kingdom.
Bring Peace [v.5-6]
V. 5-6:
“Upon entering the house”
“Man of peace”
Graciously Live Amongst Them [v.7-8]
V. 7:
Jeremiah 29.7
Expecting and Accepting
What’s the difference in the town or in the home?
Bring Healing [v.9]
V. 8-9:

Announce The Kingdom. [v.9]

Question for Group Study or Reflection.
1. In speaking with the 70, he sent them unified in mission and purpose to do this practical ministry amongst those surrounding them and easily accessed. Who is locally around you and easily accessed? [start in your own house]
2. Do you feel called to go? Do you realise you have been sent? Who went to you? Are you still to be reached?
3. In going, daily consider where and to whom you can bring peace, healing, and Kingdom news. What are some examples you can institute starting this week?
Allow this perspective to colour your interactions and movements this week.
